Gay has over 15 years of high level executive experience as General Manager of the award-winning Kamloops Central Business Improvement Association (KCBIA). She sat as the inaugural KCBIA Board President for 2 years prior to becoming General Manager and leading the organization with 13 Best in the West awards. Gay sat as a Director of BIABC for over 9 years and Chaired a provincial conference.
